Return Policy

We strive to ensure the highest quality for all our products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or the incorrect size, we're here to help.

Eligible Returns:

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
  • Incorrect Size: If the product you received is not the size you ordered, please reach out to us. We will work with you to ensure you receive the correct size or a suitable alternative.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

    How to Return:

    1. Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your product.
    2. Provide your order number, and details of the issue, and include photos if the product is damaged.
    3. Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

      Non-Eligible Returns:

      • Products without any damage or size issues.
      • Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
      • Products without proof of purchase.

        Refund Process:

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 6-7 days.
